TAKTAK TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: November 2025 PART I: TERMS OF SERVICE 1. Acceptance of Terms 1. By accessing or using TakTak (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 2. These Terms apply to the Platform, including the website, mobile application, streaming services, downloadable materials, AI-generated features, and all related content and services. 3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. 2. License to Use / Viewing Rights 1. TakTak grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. 2. Users are prohibited from: o Copying, reproducing, downloading, or distributing content outside the Platform o Using content for commercial purposes, resale, broadcast, or external publication without express written permission from the rightful rights holders (artists, production houses, licensors) 3. Ownership & Intellectual Property 1. All content on TakTak, including videos, short dramas, scripts, artwork, music, and related materials, remains the exclusive property of the respective content owners. 2. TakTak’s platform elements, including UI, software, database, design, and trademarks, are owned by TakTak or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 3. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.

4. User Eligibility 1. Users must meet the minimum age requirements to access the Platform in their jurisdiction. 2. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before accessing content. 5. User Conduct & Responsibilities Users agree not to:  Violate laws or regulations when using the Platform  Upload or transmit content that infringes third-party rights, is obscene, harmful, or offensive  Impersonate TakTak staff or other users  Use bots, scrapers, or reverse engineering to access content  Circumvent content restrictions or access premium content without authorization 6. AI-Generated Features Disclaimer 1. TakTak may provide AI-generated features, including: o Voice translations / dubbing o Closed captions / subtitles o Automated recommendations 2. AI-generated content may contain errors. 3. TakTak does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. 4. Users acknowledge that TakTak and its affiliates cannot be held liable for errors, misinterpretations, or harm arising from AI-generated features. 7. Subscription Services (if applicable) 1. Certain content may require a subscription or payment. 2. Users agree to pay applicable fees. 3. Refunds are governed by TakTak’s Refund Policy. 4. TakTak reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, and available content.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 1. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. 2. TakTak is not responsible for: o Third-party content, decency, or legality o Service interruptions, errors, or technical failures o Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform 9. Content Removal & Termination 1. TakTak may remove content for: o Copyright or IP issues o Policy violations o Requests from content owners 2. User accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating Terms. 3. Upon termination, all licenses granted to users cease immediately. 10. Modifications to Terms 1. TakTak may update these Terms at any time. 2. Changes take effect upon posting to the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 11. Third-Party Links & Services 1. The Platform may include links or embedded content from third parties. 2. TakTak does not endorse or guarantee third-party content. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 1. Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 2. Disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts or arbitration.

Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and TakTak. PART II: PRIVACY POLICY 1. Information Collection a) Provided by Users  Account registration: name, email, phone  Payment info  User-generated content (comments, uploads, reviews) b) Automatically Collected  Device info: model, OS, IP  Usage data: videos watched, clicks, session duration  Cookies and tracking technologies c) AI Interaction Data  Voice inputs, translations, AI-generated subtitles  Data used to improve AI features 2. How Information Is Used  To provide, maintain, and improve services  To personalize content and recommendations  To communicate updates, promotions, and account info  To process payments  To comply with legal obligations

AI-Generated Features  AI-generated translations, captions, dubbing may contain inaccuracies  TakTak is not liable for errors or misinterpretations 5. Cookies & Tracking  Used to enhance experience, track engagement, personalize content  Users can disable cookies via browser, which may affect functionality 6. Data Retention  Retained only as long as necessary for service and legal compliance  AI-generated data may be stored temporarily for improvement 7. Security  Reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards are used  Absolute security cannot be guaranteed 8.
